A series of Sam & Max comics were made for LucasArts' promotional magazine The Adventurer from 1990 through 1996. They are all single-page, fully colored comics loosely related to LucasArts' then-recent games (eg Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Full Throttle, several Star Wars ones). With the exception of the first one, "Sam & Max meet some frightening pirates", none of them have titles. Most have been reprinted in The collected Sam & Max: Surfin' the Highway.
