The video is showcased as a found footage film, with a warning detailing how it was found and warnings by the FBI on the contents of the video.
It then goes on to show a film countdown to a scene of Sam and Max overlooking stereotypical looking alien laying on a table in a dimly lit room. Sam then proceeds to give the alien an impromptu lobotomy. Max pokes the now displaced brain to make the alien's body move with Sam looking unamused the whole time. He eventually knocks out Sam when the legs of the body grab and aggressively move his head. The alien also quickly 'wakes up' and snatches his brain from Max's hand. He pushes Max off his stool and also knocks him out. The alien then grabs the saw and we get a quick close up of it about to saw Max's head. The scene zooms out to all three of them sitting on a couch watching the 'footage' on a film projector. With the alien in the middle laughing at the film and eating popcorn, while Sam and Max are at each side of the couch looking annoyed and with the topped of their heads swapped. It ends with credits to the makers of the short.
